had a week there, I didn't pre book, just walked up, it was $20 a night and there was no single supplement. I had a standard room which was quite basic, breakfasts are OK. Staff very friendly. From what I've read on this forum the bungalows are better that the basic rooms. Very central, you wouldn't know you were in the middle of Kuta. Excellent tucker in a Warung at the top of the drive, turn right, cross the road and it's on your left. TV in the room is only Indonesian but there is a satellite TV at the bar if you follow the footy.
