We checked into Prada recently for the first time and if you are looking for a bintang....forget it and a wine......well!!! they shouldn't have even bottled it!!. Honestly, it was the worst I had ever tasted. I can buy bottles of wine at BWS at $2.99 that taste 500% better. The food was cold and "old" and not much of it. I think if you went to the Garuda lounge (customers only) you probably got a better service.(being Indonesian).
Basically not impressed and they need to lift their game if they want to stay in business.
I run a business and to provide "customer service" does not cost that much more and the return is around 100% more over effort once the word is out there.
