Tough to fit that budget on the beach and also the swim up bar. Mecure may get close with specials, even Sanur Beach Hotel with a bulk booking. We like the Peneeda but pay $100US for the new beach wing accomodation, but as Pialucy says, no swim up bar. Sativa fits the budget, but one street back. Sanur Beach Villas are nice and affordable, the owner may even bring you a drink in the pool, then join you, LOL. We are trying the Mercure in October.
