Great place. 4 of us stayed there June 2010 and loved it. Not much difference between the 2 villas apart from a slightly different layout and furniture. Merrick and his staff are very helpful.
Not sure what you mean by ease of location but it is down a gang off the main road so no vehicle access and a good idea to carry a torch at night. No issues with security as there is a ninja security guard hiding in the loft at night and access to the complex is via a security pad on a big door.
