Went with my hubby last October... and am going there again with my sister in Feb... I actually loved the place... the staff are very friendly... The pool is open 24 hours... but they dont put up with nonsense... If people get too rowdy.. they will put a stop to it... I recommend you stay in the superior rooms as they have been revamped and really nice ... the 4 story hotel is clean and maintained, but just not as new... and the stairs are a killer if you get 3rd or 4th floor...
The only negative is not with the hotel itself, but with Lisa... She has 3(?) stalls on the left side of the laneway you need to walk down to get to the main street.. And she pushes to sell.. hard!! We called it running the gauntlet and made it into a game as to whether we could get through without her noticing.... lol
