Hey just a heads up, we have stayed at Pelangi 4 times previously.
The last time they tryed to pull a scam in saying that our room was unavailable and that they would have to relocate us at a hotel next door, lower star class of course.
Ive been going to Bali for nearly 30 years and have smelt many rats its disappointing that this is occurring.
Ive also received a recent report regarding the Pelangi re:scam this time not the same as I have written but nevertheless they are still trying it on.
Sorry to rain on your parade but I think people should be aware.
