Well it depends on what you want really. If you like something simple and quiet, no swimming pool but on the beach go for Mascot Beach Cottages. Inexpensive in the heart of Senggigi. The Beach Club has great rooms on the beach about 3 kilometers awayin Batulayar - check their website. If you want to spend more money try Holiday Resort at Mangsit Beach.Very nice....
