Hi Hillary, like you, I travel to Bali a couple times a year and I have always used Covermore and have claimed twice, had to have xrays, sent to other end Hell City for all sorts of xrays etc by taxi...they paid every cent, rang daily for two weeks to check on progress (all from Australia)..this year my travel agent suggested Suresaver, cant remember if bit cheaper, but took the policy. However, had beachbag pinched right from under me on pantai (not by local either), went to polisi, made report, come back to Australia and provided as much documentation as possible and 8 weeks later after many many harrowing chase up calls by me...received my cheque minus wear and tear blah blah, and very little respect !
Its back to Covermore for me.
