the biggest impact will be the increase in traffic during this time.
I guess that it is pretty obvious that if you do want to go anywhere requiring taxi, rental car etc try to travel early, before the peaks start and this may avoid at least some of he frustrations for the day.
(Most major stores and many businesses don't open till 10am)
Notorious spots are Legian Street and the beach road, especially before and during sunset time.
During local holiday times a scooter taxi is a better option, but not suited to everyone or every circumstance.
Some operators will put prices up as well during holiday periods (rental car prices etc)
You will be reminded that patience is a virtue, but I am sure you will have a great time regardless of local holiday influences.
