Just watch the the changers with really high rates in the 9s they try and give you all 20,000 notes and rip you off. We got back yesterday and were getting about 8700 to 8800 on padma near lokha. Also watch the the boy and girl who work in the circle k to the left as you come out of the lokha they have got a scam and confuse at till ripped me off for 180,000 untill i went back in and threatened them with police, looked as honest as they come .
