Check the DOTARS website.
You need DOTARS approval prior to the import of the scooter. All scooters have to comply with the relevant ADRs at the date they were manufactured. The first ADR that affected scooters was in 1975.
Make sure the glossy paint does not cover a rusted welded up chassis. Make sure the wiring is not a bodge.
