Havent bought a wedding dress there but we were on the lookout for a year 12 formal dress and went into Dinderella in Seminyak..well we were in heaven, the dresses are stunning but around 800.00 ish from memory.
There were a couple of shops not far from there selling wedding dresses too. There are also some links on trip advisor. If you have enough lead up to the wedding I say go for it :)
