You can go to any of the larger specialist shops including Optik Melawi etc, and most are represented in the larger shopping malls and also in Kuta Square.
If you need to get the more elaborate work done, IE transition/graduated etc get your order in ASAP as it will take around 8 to 10 days as this is done outside of Bali.
