the money changer in Garlic lane its a small place its on the right nearly at the other end towards Melasti street . Don't use the money changer on the corner of padma st and padma utara st .
Yes the Melasti sells wifi tickets , but the signal is only good for the front section . They have pc's there and there is an internet shop across the road .
