I had a booking for 01.10.11 returning 16.10.11 from Townsville.
I got an email from Strategic on Monday saying they were refunding in order of the booking so I took that to mean.... the further away your booked time then the longer you wait for the refund. I will post here when I get mine.
Guess I have to wait for next year's Jetstar Birthday sale......
