So sorry Moccha, just saw your post asking about this.
I have only seen it at one shop up in Seminyak, it is opposite the Haven.
The face I refer to was first seen by us at Bali Garden Beach Resort at Tuban, they have the Tari Spa. When you are walking in the garden from the hotel to the pool, the spa on the right of the path has a large one. It facinated us the way the whole head followed you. so we sought one out. It was quite expensive but very well made I think about IDR 3m from memory.
