We have bought a foam mattress that consultinered (spell?) so makes for easy storage and very light weight.
Then we bought a thin dacron filled one that did didley squat for comfort, may as well be sleeping on concrete. Its true intention is to soften up the plank hard Indo beds. Didn't work, but it maybe okay for a light weight child.
