We use a lady by the name of Eka, have used her a couple of times now and she is great. As Jojolee mentioned about Casey (who i have heard is very good as well) our Nanny Eka is an addition to our family in Bali and I couldn't imagine a trip to Bali without her now! :)
It is wonderful to have the extra set of eyes when you are out and about, as well as we use Eka to take our girls to the kids club as they are too young to be left unsupervised in there. We don't tend to leave the girls when we go out for dinner we normally just take Eka along to help entertain them so we can all enjoy the experience. However I have no issues about leaving them with her at the hotel it's more the fact that we live such busy lives with work in OZ that I love to spend as much time as possible all together on holidays.
