Your JBR's are some of the best to appear on BTF as they show the humanitarian side (the "real" side!) that can so easily be achieved by everyone who visits Bali.
I am sorry they are JBR's and not HNR's as I am about to spend six weeks in Bali doing the same as you but in different locations.
I am adding Maria Goretti Orphanage to my itinerary this time. Situated in Palisari beyond Negara on the West Coast. Very poor and very needy. Part of my donations will be 100 pillowcases and flat sheets for each child. Strategic Airlines as always, help me with excess luggage. Like you I have seen the disappointment on faces when some have missed out on receiving "oleh Olehs". I no longer take one or two items but focus on something and take fifty!! whether it be caps, pencils, frisbees, hand towels and on and on.
There is a young orphaned boy now in care of Bali Kids that has been living on the Rubbish Tip with his Grandfather, scavenging for items for food and to sell. This boy is now receiving schooling and a new clean home for the first time in nine years.
