have a compulsory dinner for NYE.
You will need to check this first as you could be paying a fix cost of say $50 per head for dinner at the place where you are staying.
Maybe you could suss it out next trip, perhaps you will be really lucky and meet people, who can recommend somewhere whilst you are there. You never know your luck in a fabulous place :)
Never been in Sanur at NYE, so sorry cannot recommend.
I am sure it will be a "wonderful" night wherever you decide :)
