Not in the area you wanted but as no other replies - the tailor I go to at Sanur does machine embroidery and I have seen some clothes made where the tourist drew what they wanted and it was embroidered and looked great - dragonflies etc. She is Mina at Goning Tailor on Jalan Bumi Ayu and not far from Jalan Tamblingan (turn at Ulawatu Lace clothing shop. She is often busy so allow plenty of time.
