HI Jojolee, I have been to Bali with my girls 6 and 4 every year since the little one was only 8 months. On all occasssions I have used Casey adn on the odd occasssion a babysitter from the Dynasty in the evenings. When the youngest one was small it was great as she would stay in the room with her whilst she slept which allowed us a bit of time to have massages and relax and play one on one with the older daughter. My girls would not think Bali was Bali with having "my Casey" come and play with them. We go in a week and I spoke to the girls about not getting Casey this time but they wanted her to come, she takes them to the kids club which is comforting as my little one tends to wonder so I know Casey will be watching her closely. I do not force them to go into the kids club, they always want to go in to be with other kids so I like knowing that I have casey also paying that extra bit of attention.
I have watch casey change from casusal clothes into having her won uniform and she is very proud of her achievement now.
I'm have recommended her onto friends and family and everyone loves her. The points melbmeg makes are great.
Do not let negative comment have an impact on your decision, you alone know what is right for you kids, and what you will feel comfortable with. Asking for recommendations is only that, you are not requesting a judgement on what you choose to do with your children and I'm sure if you did not feel comfrtable with a nanny you would always put your kids firat as any good mother would. Have a wonderful holiday, have no guilt about wanting some time to yourself, time out from kids sometimes allows for better parenting, and again do not let negative comments upset you, you asked a freindly question and should recieve friendly response.
