If someone prefers business class or first class over economy class, that is his/her choice. Personally I would not dream of travelling in economy class on a long-haul flight of more than five hours. It is, after all, my money. You know, there are benefits of travelling in business class or first class. Comfort is one - the seat reclines to a flat bed, which is good on a flight for 14 hours. And one can also keep some distance to the person sitting next to you.
