If it is the US Liberty you want to snorkle on dont book a tour. We found it to be around $50 to $75 per head. We just organized a driver with nice van and paid 400,000 for the day. We hired snorkle mask and fins when we arrived at dive site, it was a great day swim straight of the beach and do not bother with guide not required. Be prepared for a long day nearly 3 hours each way but some of the nicest rice terraces you will see.Scenery on the was was amazing. We also ate at a local Warung at dive site and it was cheap as and very nice.
