You know him best and what he likes, just make them happen - its that simple.
For example he may love you buying him a kite and letting him fly it all day long on the beach.
If he likes the footy, check out where and when it is on and go.
Good food, cold beer, footy and FUN, you cant go wrong. The rest will take care of itself.
