Contacted Strategic as I was due to fly back to Townsville late October. They were very helpful and offered me Denapasar Brisbane for the same price but as I live in Cairns wasn't best option for me. They gave me full refund for return leg. Have now booked home Air Asia to Darwin and Jetstar to Cairns for not much more than I paid for Strategic.... now if Qantas will just refund the Townsville Cairns flight!
