I have done this may times from febris and visa versa, drivers outside febris, will want 100,000 rp and won't budge,as will most drivers,
Take a taxi, usually costs us about 70-75,000rp one way, the drive takes about 30-35 mins if you get a good run, however late in the arvo or early evening the traffic is bad, takes 45 mins.
My advice, Take a Taxi, leave betweeen mid morning-and mid afternoon.
