Hi Balikopi - as you may be aware there are a number of apartments in the Jayakarta, some privately owned and others affiliated witht eh Hotel.
We have previously stayed (and will be staying again next month) in an apartment privately owned by Mike Gray (balijayakartaapartments). There are plenty of others that are privately owned by others as well however i can't comment on them as i haven't seen or stayed in them.
We think these apartments are awesome. Recently renovated, beautifully fitted out with everything you need - small kitchen, great bathroom, lounge area with big tv and dvd player - perfect. One main bedroom and the sofa lounge folds into a nice comfortable double bed as well.
Location is terrific, the apartments are close to the road and about 200m from the beach through the beautiful hotel grounds.
Price is very reasonable as well, considering other hotel accommodation has become more expensive.
Wouldn't hesitate recommending them to you - great option especially with a family.
