stayed at champlung mas for 5 days just recently. I would give it 4 out of 10. I stayed in the new section of the hotel, which looks nice but is not complete yet they are still selling accomodation in the unfinished rooms. This probably explains the cheap price. Staff need more training and it is difficult to communicate with them as their english is not good. The pool area and pool bar is great. Breakfast selection is very average. Location is great, within walking distance of beach, shopping and entertainment.
Try a hotel called THE VIRA BALI, it is in Tuban. Its satisfaction level is high. Book early to get the best price. I would have stayed there myself this time around but it was all booked out.
