I have used Covermore for years and now they have a cheaper version Travelsure, so for me for Bali that is great. I have claimed a number of times with Covermore and as their policy says refund is within 10 working days if your paperwork is correct. What I like is the service I got from them whilst I was sick in Bali. Can't fault them. Cheers, Stormy
