You don't book. Just look for the signs once you go through immigration. There will be a tout outside giving you a price (always negotiable). If it is quiet in the lounges they sometimes even send people to hang around timmigration area
Children are fine to enter; just make sure you negotiate a lesser amount for them.
Have a look at the food and drink and the amount of available space before you seal the deal though. Once we were in a lounge that had abouut 5 soft drinks in the fridge when we went in. They were used up very quickly and the fridge remained emply until customers complained. They were replaced only about two at a time so of course again ran out quickly as people entered. Of course the drinks were not in the fridge long enough to chill.
