We had Sempati cards to use in our phones, however we experienced problems calling Australia using the 01017 code in the first couple of days. Maybe the network was heavily congested on those days I don't know.
Local girl at the phone shop advised that 01019 was much better and we didn't have any problems after that.
Just thought I would mention it !!
