I really liked the breakie at Lilla's warrung - on Jalan Bumi Ayu (off Tamblingan and just after Bumas) They have an Indo choice that is orange juice, fried rice or noodles, fruit plate and delicious pancakes with a shredded coconut filling or black rice porridge and coffee or tea, there was a Western choice also and at 35.000 great value. Sometimes not open before 9 though. Bumi Ayu bungalows does a great vegie omelette (and other stuff)at good prices and is a stone's through from Lillas. Others not far from Peneeda that I had were at Gazebo and kami Suma on the beachfront.
I choose not to have breakie included as it is nice to look around and many choices at great prices.
