Cafe Wayan cooking class - www.alamindahbali.com. They are located on Monkey Forest Rd, Ubud. I emailed ahead of time to get a copy of the lessons they do. I made the booking before leaving Australia but you can make it at the Cafe.
Studio Perak - www.studioperak.com. Wouldn't take a booking over the net. We called in to their shop on Jl Dewi Sita, Ubud to make the booking.
Offering making at Green Field - Just booked at reception as we were staying there.
