I was disappointed when we used the newly vamped Dewa lounge in June. No sugar free drinks only water. Food was very ordinary. We didn't want alcohol but others did and had to ask staff for it, it was kept in the back room out of sight. Any large groups that came in was ushered up to the smoking area. One couple with small children refused to go up because of the smoke and they walked out.
Personally, if it was left up to me I wouldn't bother again but my husband needed to sit in a comfy seat... poor old bugger has sciatica.
