with Strategic, they supported the orphanage that we support by completely overlooking excess baggage charges.
We also met a couple on our last flight who were also well over the allowed weight with orphanage donations, they too were not hit for excess baggage.
I took two wheelchairs over in April and was given an exceptionally good fare in the way of support.
I will email them with our sincere thanks for their kind considerations for those less fortunate than ourselves.
Pity other airlines are not as considerate.
We found the service and staff to be excellent on our flights.
Sorry to see them go from Perth.
