I actually did the swim with the dolphins last year. I do believe that the are let free. I was impressed by the way they actually look after them. You are not actually swimming with them you are standing on a platform in the area that they are in just a word of warning it would be quite difficult for someone that is not very tall. You get to touch them and they tell you were you can and can't. They do tricks as well and get rewards exactly what you see in zoo in Australia. I thought it was very well run. But they are my thoughts and other people may think different
