We stayed at the Sinar Bali in July. A bungalow is $50 per night inc breakfast a room around $45. It has 18 rooms and 9 bungalows, a nice pool. Rooms are a little old but clean and good air con. They are quiet, not a resort. A 5 min walk to Legian beach and lots of restaurants around. We were a family of 4 were there for 9 days and never got ill. I have put up a review on TA.
