I would think get a taxi to Jalan Danau Tamblingan , get dropped off at Cafe Smorgas, you are sort of in the middle of the main street and then just walk down the rd where it says German Consulate and that will take you to the beach. Once there you can walk left or right along the beachfront. Taxi should be about 70,000 rp. Heres a map that should give you an idea. There are lots of other shops and restaurants along Jalan Danau Tamblingan as well.
