Is it viable?....Yes
Cost is around $30 per head not including VOA fee.
Is it worth it....depends on your circumstances and the length of the queues.
How to book.....again do a search for contacts, but Murti is one such who is well recommended.
The service is available for those who choose to use it and is not relevant for those that choose not to.
It's freedom of choice.
