Our must eats in Sanur are Kayu Manis, its a 3 minute taxi or a leisurely walk up D. Tamblingan (turn right out of the Griya and take the first left after the night markets) Bonsai on the beach for feet in the sand freshly BBq'd seafood platter, Babi Guling out on the bypass - loks dodgy, tastes delicious and Mona Lisa on Jl Danau Tamblingan for lunches or dinners (I've heard they do a good brekky here too)All of these places have great reviews on Trip Advisor as well that you can check out.

For nightlife we always end up back at Laser Bar, great for sports and live music open until 3am most nights (directly across from the Besakih hotel) or Mangoes on the beach for Reggae. There are some karaoke bars that are a little out of the way on the bypass road and often double as brothels but we have found many of the live bands don't mind if you steal the microphone for a couple of songs.

Mandurah Spa - turn right on Danau Tamblingan and walk to where the road turns left and it is on your right is my favourite spot for massages etc.
