Dont know the street. but would be the the street before JL Double Six if you are heading North on JL Legian/ SEminyak. If you find the Kumala Pantai turn right out of the hotel, go past the entrance to Jayakarta hotel, take the next left, this will then zig zag a bit as it heads to JL Legian - after the last corner b4 you hit JL Legian it is about the third shop on the left - you will see plenty of boots on display with the highest heels in Bali.
