So this is now our 5th night at pondok pitaya....am I sick of it? No way!! Just sitting here bin tang in hand watching the surf:) hubby is down having a massage! For some reason I can't wipe the smile off his face...could be the conditions? He has been kitesurfing around 5hrs each day plenty of good waves & wind..swell is supposed to be around 10ft tomorrow so I probably won't see him all day. A girl actually asked me if he was a professional surfer this morning as she thought she had seen him in magazines, had a bit of a giggle thinking "he wishes" hehe.
Before we came to Balian I really thought I would get bored as we are staying here for 14 nights but after our busy lives at home I am absolutely loving it....I've read 3 books so far, watched a couple of DVDs and just relaxed around the pool...now I'm wondering how the hell I'm going to leave this place? I don't want to go back to my 2 jobs and housework, there is actually a house here for sale with a Villa attached, all furniture etc only US$150,000.....just dreaming at this stage of our lives but I truly believe that in the future we will be living here for at least 8 months of the Year, well that's what we are aiming for anyway and dreams do come true if You believe in them??
This place truly is a little paradise especially if you are a surfing/kitesurfing family.
