If it was me or mine I would be making contact with the International wing at Sanglah to see what a consultation would cost with a anesthetist. Not that cost should be a deciding factor but may be pleasantly surprised with how reasonable specialists can be.

Would also consider Kasih Ibu if they had consultant anesthetist.

My gut feeling this may be a routine procedure in your country of origin but likely less so in Bali. Just because BIMC has Aussie management and a good rep doesn't mean that they are best for all jobs.

Good luck with it and enjoy the trip. Sounds like you deserve it.
