USD - 1.057 is considered high, where and exchange rate of
USD - 0.87 is consdiered low.
If the exchange rate is for buying the USD is 1.050, it would cost 0.95 AUST cents to purchase one USD.
If the VOA is USD 25 (then at a high exchange rate of 1.050) it should only cost AUST $23.75.
