Two questions. IP4 Phone and Marita.

My daughter arrived in Bali but didn't have her ip4 phone unlocked before she left Perth.
Can it be unlocked over there?

A friend of mine is Looking for a friend of their's, living in Bali and managing a Hotel or Bar. Would anyone know of a Lady by the name of Marita who fitts this discription?
