checked baggage

We fly out of MEL 3/7 and had the same Q as my revised travel plan stated checked baggage was not included altho we booked in OCT 2010. I have confirmed with customer relations that, as we booked prior to 9/12/10, we have 23kg per person checked baggage incl in our fare (plus carry on). I have asked for but am still to receive email confirmation. Sorry but cannot help with linear size as this is our 1st flight with V to Bali (have always flown Garurda).
