Bali belly or general stomach upsets can be a matter of luck as well, and the best prepared and armed can still contract something, if only because of change of diet.
As others have suggested, take the wipes and use antiseptic wash as often as is practical and particularly before eating of course.
A bigger problem can be ear problems and others related to long spells enjoying the pools.
If you are unlucky enough to encounter any minor problem, the local apoteks or chemists are very experienced in dealing with these sorts of issues as are the small medical clinics around the place.
I see many young kids enjoying Bali every day without problems and I hope your stay turns out the same way.
