I was there at Discovery Mall 2 weeks ago. Agree, not as good as on previous visits but still pretty good for the cost - Rp240K for colour & cut. Colour great (not too dark for a change) but cut only OK.
I find the staff tend not to assert themselves. My hairdresser in Perth tells me in no uncertain terms often that what I propose is silly, but there they just go along with it. They don't offer suggestions of more suitable things. Can't blame them at all & for the cost I really can't & don't complain.
One thing that did peeve me this trip was that their stocks of JA s'poo & conditioners were very low - I like to bring home masses.
Re: waiting time - usually no wait at around 10am. Thereafter things do get a bit busy until more staff arrive at around 2pm. So get there at 10ish or 2ish, I think.
