Good guy you are correct.

People say how do people do it then?. Ok. Say in 1 cbm it costs about $600 clearance and port charges at this end. If a clothing company has 1000 shirts packed tightly in that 1cbm of space then it's only and extra .60c to each shirt. But 1 stone statue for AUD 50.00 purchased in Bali and you then add $600 for port charges and clearance that statue it ends up costing $650 + freight you paid to the Indonesian agent when you could purchased it here for $400.00.

See my point. It's just not worth it so if it doesnt fit in your suitcase dont ship it.
